The story
What it is
You paste links you already have, such as LinkedIn, GitHub, a blog or YouTube. Introly builds a personal website, a links page and a visiting card from them, and keeps all three up to date.
Why I built it
Your professional identity is scattered across your résumé, projects, and social profiles. Putting it all together into a personal website, and keeping it up to date, takes time and effort. I wanted to make it easier to turn everything you've done into one polished, personal home on the internet.
What I built
A link-driven builder: you bring links you already have, and Introly turns them into three connected assets. I'm building around the idea that creating your online presence should be easier than piecing together information from multiple platforms, with templates that help people present their work in a way that feels like them.
What I learned
Generating a website is the easy part. The harder problem is helping people communicate what makes them different. The product needs to do more than look good; it needs to make someone's work and experience easy to understand.
Where it stands
I'm putting the final refinements in place and introducing new templates. Next, I'm reaching out to potential users to join the waitlist and help test the product before a broader launch.
